RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of your order as indicated on your receipt. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a size, you must return your original order and make a new purchase.

To request a return please email us at returns@sairethelabel.com with the following subject line: "ORDER #, Return Request".

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You are free to choose the shipping carrier and method of your preference when returning the item. We strongly suggest monitoring the tracking status of your return, to ensure it arrives back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means:

  • The item must be unworn and free from any signs of wear or use.
  • The item must be unwashed and free from stains or odors.
  • All original tags must be attached to the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or a suitable equivalent.

We ask that you wear suitable undergarments when trying on your purchase for the first time.

All returned items will be inspected upon their arrival at our warehouse within 72 business hours. We will review the condition of the item to ensure it meets the above criteria for return eligibility. Should your item not meet the return eligibility, an original refund will not be granted, and you will be contacted to receive store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria, or show signs of wear, tear, and damage.

If your returned item qualifies for a refund, you can expect the following process:

  • We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any applicable shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
